The Temporary Vaccine For Covid-19 [3 P’s]

As far as Covid-19 is concerned, no vaccine has been made yet. Efforts are fully on to develop a vaccine that would put an end to the deadly virus. The best and easy way to protect ourselves from this virus is following these 3 P’s which I consider are very important.

1.  Precaution  : The first step we need to follow to contain the virus out of our lives is to adhere strictly to the precautions. This includes :

a.  Staying At Home :  Studies have shown that people who are staying at home are least likely to interact with the virus and become Covid affected.

b.  Maintaining Personal Hygiene : Hygiene plays an important role in the life of an individual.It keeps the person physically,mentally and emotionally strong.Frequent washing of hands; with soap; handwashes can kill the germs.

 

2.  Prevention : The second step tells us about means which can prevent the spread of the virus. This includes:

 

a.  Social Distancing : If we maintain atleast 1 arm distance from any person , treating them as Covid suspects,we can very well prevent the spread of the virus.

b. Wearing Masks : By wearing masks, we can help prevent the spread of the virus.Masks act as protection gears against all transmission diseases.Since the common point of entry for the virus is said to be nose and mouth,covering them with a proper mask can actually block the pathway for the virus to enter our body.

 

3.  Protection :  The third and the final step talks about the means of protecting ourselves from the virus. This includes :

 

a.  Eating Immunity Rich Foods : If the immunity is increased collectively by eating food items that boost it ; we can protect ourselves from getting caught in the grip of the virus.

Immunity foods like :

 

1. Vitamin C Tablets

2.  Milk

3.  Eggs

4.  Fruits like Orange, Apple, Melon etc.

5.  Vegetables like Spinach, Mushroom etc.

 

b.  Regular Monitoring : Opting for regular monitoring can help us protect ourselves from the virus. Regularly monitoring our body temperature, blood sugar level, blood pressure level and other health related aspects can give us an idea about our health conditions. If our health status starts deteriorating , then we could manage it timely.

 

These little tips can surely save all of us from this deadly virus.Negligency in these ,if any can cause a severe impact on our health status as well as on those who are close in our proximity.
